Candidate Referral Program
We believe HIM Professionals like you are a valuable recruiting source and in the past have referred many of our best candidates. As a result, our Referral Reward Program has been revised to increase involvement in identifying qualified and talented HIM individuals for employment within our organization and the clients we serve by rewarding you better. To thank-you, we want to reward you with the best referral program in our industry.
In order to qualify for a referral reward, the applicant must name you on the application/email at the time they apply for an opening. This can be done through the form below or by submitting the resume directly to one of our Recruiters ([email protected]
Typical candidates/skills that we look for:
- RHIT, RHIA, ICD-10 Trainer, AHIMA, CCS, CPC, etc.
- Inpatient Coding Specialist
- Outpatient Coding Specialist
- HIM Manager/Director
- Coding Auditor
- Health Information Management Coordinator
- CDI Specialist
If the referred applicant is hired, the referral reward will be paid following the referred employee’s 90th calendar day (or 480 hours worked). Human Resources and Recruiting will be responsible for tracking and processing referral rewards. Payment will be made in the form of a prepaid gift card (ie Visa or American Express). The program is based on the calendar year and the accrual starts over each January 1st.
If the referred employee terminates their employment prior to a payment date, no payment will be made.
In all cases, HIM Connections management will be the final authority in determining whether or not a referral will qualify for a referral bonus. You must not make commitments or oral promises of employment to persons referred.
