Candidate Referral Program

HIM Connections, Inc. is excited to offer our Candidate Referral Program. We welcome and appreciate all referrals, and to show our thanks we have developed a program that rewards you for recommendations. Now, when you introduce your peers to HIM Connections, Inc., you could qualify for up to $1,500!

If your referral is hired by one of our clients, through HIM Connections, Inc. and within 180 days of the date referred, you could receive a referral bonus up to $1500.

Participation is easy, simply submit your referral by filling out the form below.  All correspondence with you and your referral is private and confidential. We do not share resumes, or personal information, without direct consent!

*Notes

• To be eligible, the referral must not be employed by a current HIM Connections client, currently working through HIM Connections as a Job Seeker, or previously referred by annother person.  
• Referral Program Pay-out structure: $750 for HIM Professional positions (Credentialed Coders, Auditors, Consultants, HIM Manager, Cancer Registry, etc.) and $1500 for HIM Director level or higher positions.
• Your referral must be placed within 6 months of the original referral date to qualify for the bonus.
• Referrals must be received prior to placement of the candidate.
• The referral fee is paid after the candidate successfully completes 90 days in their new position.
