Our recruiting process includes, but is not limited to the following:

Client Requirement
Our recruiter will gather information about the position, facility/business, preferred qualifications and more.  This is the most important step in the process.  With experience in HIM, our team can better understand and locate top talent for your positions.

Research
Once the requirement is defined, our recruiter will immediately begin researching the position and gathering a list of potential candidates.  Our team uses a wide variety of tools to ensure an exhaustive search is completed.   

Pre-Qualification
Our recruiter will begin interviewing candidates and will work to quickly identify qualified candidates.  Every effort is made to complete this process as quickly as possible.  The exact time a search takes can vary from one position to another.   Our firm works very hard to present candidates in a timely manner for every position we accept.

Presentation
Through our pre-qualification process, an executive resume profiling the candidate’s qualifications and background is developed.  This resume, along with an introduction from our firm, will be provided to you for each candidate.

AHIMA Credentials Verification and Reference Check
For each candidate interviewed, our recruiter will verify all AHIMA professional credentials are accurate and up to date.  In addition, we will conduct up to two reference checks.

Client Interview
The client will review and confirm the candidates they would like to interview.  Our recruiter will work with the client and candidate to make interview arrangements.

Negotiation/Hiring
Our recruiter will work with the client and the candidate every step of the way. By assisting with negotiations, job offer and employment requirements, we help streamline the hiring process.

Follow Up
Our job does not end when the candidate accepts the offer.  We continue to work with each client to ensure a smooth on boarding process, and successful placement for both the client and candidate.
