HIM OPERATIONS LEADER
Assist with the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of HIM Service Centers. Operational Leaders will initiate, execute, and manage projects associated with company-wide HIM initiatives and projects. Candidates must have an uundergraduate degree with a Bachelors degree strongly preferred (ideally in areas like HIM, Business Administration, IT, or Organizational/Change Management)
Experience Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years HIM operations experience strongly preferred with a minimum 2-3 years management/leadership experience required.
Travel Requirements: Must be willing to travel 15-50% of the time. Travel is dependent on projects assigned.
