Kayce has worked in the HIM industry for over twelve years, focusing most of her career on staffing and recruiting of HIM personnel. She is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) and holds a Master's Degree in Health Informatics. Kayce is very active in the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) having served in various roles on the local, state and national level. She has served as an elected Board of Directors for the Alabama Association of Health Information Management (AAHIM) and as the association’s President in 2005-06. Kayce has been a presenter on a variety of HIM topics at meetings nationwide including many CSA Annual Meetings and at the 2008 National AHIMA Convention. Kayce lives in Trussville, Alabama with her husband, Jason and their son, Carson. Deborah McNaughton, BS, RHIT Executive Recruiter

Deborah has worked in the acute care setting for over thirty years, as an HIM Director and at the senior leadership level.  She is a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership.   Deborah has in depth experience in the day-to-day operations of the Health Information Management Department and understands the intricate processes and challenges that face today’s departments.   As a senior level leader, Deborah has gained experience in medical practice administration, quality and risk management, physician support and revenue cycle management.   Deborah lives in central Illinois with her husband, Brad and her rescued sheltie, Rasta.
